A project to extend and adapt an existing distribution facility for The Bidfood Group took its activities closer to nearby residential properties. Due to stringent noise restrictions laid down by the local planning authority the construction of a 6 metre high acoustic fence was designed and installed to mitigate noise pollution between the facility and the homes.
“We found Ransfords through an internet search,” says Lloyd Hopkinson, Managing Director. “The team there couldn’t have been more helpful in adapting their existing fencing components to the particular circumstances of the site resulting in an effective solution without breaking the bank. The acoustic panels were delivered on time and on budget. Whilst this was the first time we have dealt with Ransfords we will certainly work with them again should the need arise.”
